Way back when social media was new, shiny and friendly, I’d lay on my couch on my off day and use a program to compose posts across several sites for the week to come. A favorite of mine was “Video for Lunch” and was a new video each day. Sometimes it mirrored my early morning posts of “Music History Birthdays” or something random. The fun of that age is gone, but I’d like to offer up some amazing stuff for you to check out. Like the radio Black Sheep Soul, it will be a mix of new finds, classics and deep cuts.

There’s a lot of odd anti-immigrant stuff going around. I have no idea where these folks are from, but I’d be totally cool with them living next door to me.
This always makes me tear up. A beautiful song, with an awful, tragic truth. It makes my ears happy, but my heart sad.
